Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I am not sure I understand your question.
This is what I understand:
You took carbamazepine. It made your thinking fuzzy. Then you were not sure if you took a night time dose of something?
Pandora is a street drug. Are you sure this is what you mean?
How long have you been on carbamazepine and what dose did you take?
Has it always made you fuzzy a this dose or is this a dose change and new symptoms?
Questions for you to help me answer you better.

Not Pandora, stupid computer, I am on carbamazepine 200 mg in AM and 200 in pm, I forgot I had taken my pm dose and took another 200mg and was concerned, I was shaky ,dizzy and my head felt funny for a time and I was concerned but I am ok now. Thanks
Brief Answer:
Ok - glad you are better.
Detailed Answer:
Ok, now it makes sense. (Autocorrect trips me up at times, too!) Usually taking 1 extra dose is not a problem other than temporary symptoms, as you found out. When a person has been on a medication for awhile (such as a couple of weeks), the body reaches a "steady state" of that medication in their system, and 1 dose won't usually cause a significant problem.
I'm glad you are feeling better. If you don't already have one, a pill organizer with compartment for AM and PM can help.
