Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Most likely she is having acute migraine attack.

Is there any previous history of such episodes?

She can take pain killers like Aceclofenac or Naproxen(OTC). Triptans like Rizatriptan or Almotriptan or Sumatriptan can be taken for acute attack(may need a prescription from your local doctor).

For prevention take timely food, adequate sleep and avoid too much tea or coffee or chocolates.
