What Causes Dizziness Along With Body Tremors?
Question: my wife is 52, has alcoholism and now has dizziness and shakes, PB = 157/104, 97 BPM, weighs 104#'s.

Dizziness and shakes can be from causes like high BP, sudden alcohol withdrawal or any systemic infections.
To have a clear idea, we need a more detailed history (like any recent change in alcohol intake, duration of these symptoms, any other associated symptoms like fever, nausea, abdominal pain, urinary disturbance, cough, cold, sore throat etc) and a detailed physical examination. As the BP is still high, we need upgradation of antihypertensives too.
Kindly see your doctor for evaluation so that we can have the correct diagnosis and treat accordingly.
Meanwhile, have a light diet rich in fruits and green leafy veggies and less spicy. Give your body adequate rest.
Also, try to discontinue alcoholism in long term; as you know it has serious adverse effects on our social, mental and physical health.
