Brief Answer:
dizziness is not due to allergies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Thanks for the detailed history and description.

I don't think your dizziness is due to allergy. It is from something else. Better to consult neurologist for this.
And recurrent cough and cold are mostly due to viral infection. Viral infection is very common in monsoon and winter seasons. So during these seasons the cases of cough and cold are highest.
So to prevent frequent cough and cold, try to follow these steps.

1. Drink plenty of fluids.

2. Take multivitamin tablet to build and maintain your immunity.

3. Take influenza vaccine. It will give you protection for 1 year. Among st viruses, influenza Is the most common to cause cough and cold. So this vaccine will prevent recurrent cough and cold. Since influenza virus is genetically changed every year, this vaccine should be taken annually.
So better to consult nearby doctor and ask about influenza vaccine.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

dizziness means i feel spinning sensation.
no it doesnt happen on fastings.
stress may be reason.
When i lay on the bed , turning on one side makes me feel that am spinning
sometimes when traveling by car, suddenly i feel am spinning/ surroundings are spinning.
when i bend down/ forward to take something, i feel spinning sensation
when i bend too many times to eat food from table, i feel i will fall down but actually i never fallen down
qucik turns i feel spinning sensations
While working on laptop i feel spinning sensation
some times i spin some times surroundings spin.
i never have fainted any time till now with this reason but everytime another cause associates this like for example fever with spinning/ motions with spinning i get tensed.
the other cause would eventually subside but spinning does not.
and FYI, i had taken last week vacation and i was totally off from computer and i didnt have a single instance of spinning.
not sure if it makes a point for you

Hello dear, thanks for your detailed description about dizziness.
Other than mentioned investigations ( in your 1st question)
1. Have you ever tested for ophthalmic cause? Since you did not have single episode during vacation
(no computer work). So this might be the cause.
2. Have you ever tested for inner ear pathology? Your dizziness is associated with movements. So there may be possibility of disturbances in equilibrium system.
3. Have you ever tested for hormonal study? As in females, hormonal imbalance can cause dizziness.
