Brief Answer:
COnsult your doc for reshuffling the dose or meds

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
You are very right. Accuretic does that quite a lot almost every 8 out of 100 people get this symptom. The dose you are getting is normal prescribed one. it is either 10/12.5 or 20/12.5. Its a combination of quinapril/hydrochlorothiazide and is used for hypertension issues. now lowering the dose on your own is something not advised and good. you should take this matter to your cardiologist or any doctor and let them reshuffle the dose or change the medicines to more friendly ones . It did reduce the dizziness by halving the dose but what if that dose is not enough to control your hypertension.
Get to a doctor and let them take care of it.Its not that big a deal.
