What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision Post Child Birth?

Question: I am a 32 yr old female that just had my second child 5 months ago. I have been having episodes of dizziness, difficulty focusing my vision, I also have issues of feeling like I'm losing my balance or being off kilter. It's almost like a drunk feeling? It's very frustrating and worrisome. I am on no prescriptions, I don't even take pain relievers - only my prenatal ( I am still breastfeeding). I eat a clean vegan diet, exercise 4-6 days a week and my caloric intake is sufficient( roughly 2000 calls a day). Any thought as to what this might be?

Hello!
1. Probably been occurring for the last 6 months.
2. Symptoms seem to stay the same but the occurrence e is happening more frequently.
3. Everything was normal with pre and post natal/delivery
4. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2.5 yrs ago, a mild arrhythmia 4.5 yrs ago and mild Raynaud's phenomenon 3 yrs ago. Don't know if any of that is relevant? Or what else you might need to know?

Brief Answer:
Neurological examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
I am afraid to say that your clinical details does not give an adequate clue to diagnose your condition historically. You must undergo a physical examination by a neurologist,in view of 'impaired balance with dizziness',in order to get an appropriate diagnosis.
I suggest you to visit a neurologist in person.
Though,Raynaud's phenomenon is a significant point in history and may well be indicative of some connective tissue disorder of autoimmune etiology as a cause of your symptoms.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer.

Thank you very much Dr.
I do have a question for you actually - with regards to the autoimmune comment you made... Back when I was diagnosed with Raynaud's- my primary care physician also ran additional bloodier and found that I had slightly elevated levels of ANA and they recommended I retest in 6 months. I didn't however. Would this be something I probably need to revisit/ readdress?
