Brief Answer:
It seems to be a post-traumatic vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

welcome to health care magic,

This seems to be a post-traumatic vertigo because of blunt hit of head to the wooden cabinet.

After a hit,our brain hemisphere shakes inside brain cavity without any structural injury known as cerebral concussion leading to dizziness or sometimes nausea or vomiting.

In many cases, this type of dizziness usually subsides within 3 to 4 days without any definitive treatment but in your case I would suggest to go to physician for one time complete medical history and thoroughly clinical check-up.

You can take symptomatic treatment like NSAIDs and antihistamines (betahistine or cinnarizine) on as when required basis.

I don't think so you would have any problem to go in flight to florida.

Feel free to ask me if there is any doubt.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
