Question: Hi Doctor

well, my concern is that why when I need to use the bathroom to the poop I head a little dizzy and sometimes small headaches. Also, when I am done doing my needs I feel funny like stomach pain, nauseous. why is that means.? Thank you

Hi,

At times in few individuals act of defecation or urination leads to drop in blood pressure. The sudden drop in blood pressure might cause symptoms of uneasiness, dizziness, headache, nausea, sweating, anxiety, and sometimes unconsciousness. This set of symptoms is known as presyncope / syncope.

What you just described looks quite similar to the above.

Although it doesn't look concerning, it will be worthwhile to see your doctor. Blood pressure changes following position changes as well as baseline cardiac check up and a few blood test is recommended.
