After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that considering your age i would like to suggest few tests

1. Complete blood count
2. Serum Electrolytes
3. Kidney function test
4. Thyroid Function Test
5. HbA1C

Also i would like to know if you have any other medical issue like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorder, any kidney issue.
