Brief Answer:
increase salt and fluid intake

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can be increased by increasing salt intake as well as fluids , if this is not a problem.
Increasing salt by 1 tsp to 1 tbs total daily may help, more if the BP remains low.

If you have a history of kidney disease or heart failure then you should not increase your fluids because this can cause problems with both of these conditions but if this is not the case , then fluids would help along with the salt mentioned above.

When moving from sitting to standing position, move slowly, giving your blood pressure time to adjust, this would reduce dizziness on standing.

You may need speak to your doctor about your high blood pressure medications, they may need to be altered if you are having hypotension (low blood pressure)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
