What Causes Dizziness And Tingling In Legs?

Please take your daughter to ER...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query. I will try my best to help you with this problem.
The commonest causes of dizziness in youth are electrolyte imbalance and migraine. With the history of fever or upper respiratory tract infection preceding the dizziness, it could be related to vestibular neuronitis. As the history is not suggestive of infection, the vestibular neuronitis is ruled out.
After going through the history, I do feel, your daughter could be having electrolyte imbalance.
My sincere advise to you is to take your daughter to ER for a complete evaluation and further management.
Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
