I can understand your concern. The Savella is a good and new drug for Fibromyalgia. However it can cause few side effects like

constipation
dizziness, tinnitus, vertigo
insomnia
hot flush or excessive sweating
vomiting
palpitations or increased heart rate
dry mouth
high blood pressure

Your symptoms of sweating and ringing ear (tinnitus) could be due to it. It can also be due to Diabetic autonomic neuropathy. You have to consult your doctor to reduce dose of Savella and do some tests to find out diabetic autonomic neuropathy

: Blood sugar - fasting and postparandial
: Check BP in lying, sitting and standing position - In case of autonomic neuropathy, the BP in standing position will be >10mm Hg low than lying position
: Urodynamic study - urine excretion is also an autonomic phenomenon. In autonomic damage, changes can be seen on urodynamic studies.

To treat dizziness and sweating, you can follow few tips

: Strict sugar control
: You can take tablet Betahistine with Cinnarizine+Ginkgo biloba to treat dizziness
(you may need prescription from your doctor for this)
: You can take "Iontophoresis" from dermatologist to control sweating
: Take less hot/warm food/tea/coffee/alcohol/spicy food
: Botox injection over hands and palms to control sweating
