What Causes Dizziness And Tremors When Diagnosed With Migraine?
Question: I have had a migraine for 8 days now. Migraines are nothing new to me. I am 29 and I have been treated for migraines since I was 7 years old. My main concern is that since yesterday morning I have been very dizzy and shaky. My migraine symptoms before the dizziness started were pain in the orbital lobe that moved forward, aura, sound bothered me, light bothered me. But now for 36 hours I can't walk in a straight line, it feels like the room is constantly spinning and I have shakes or tremors. What do I do? What is this?

Eight days is way much more than the normal period of maximum 72 hours for a migraine headache to resolve.
If you were vomiting several times these days, dehydration and electrolytes imbalance should be taken in consideration.
Besides the current treatment, I think you should be evaluated by your Doctor and to be treated for a day or two in hospital.

Thank you. Yes I have been vomiting and nauseated but that always comes with my migraines so I didn't think too much into it. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow because that is the earliest they could get me in. I called them Monday. When I go in and talk to the doctor I will talk to them about the hospital. Thank you for your reply. I will do some research on the basilar migraine. Thank you again
