What Causes Dizziness And Weakness After Having Divon?

Question: The patient is having dizzines and weakness as she is taking divon 80. Would it be the reason. I have attached the medication for your kind reference. Thank you

Divon contains diclofenac and dizziness/weakness is uncommon following intake of this medication. Are you on any other medicine(antihypertensive or hypoglycemic). If not then get your blood pressure and sugar test done.

She did her blood pressure it is 90/80 BP

I have gone through the prescription you have attached. The medicine prescribed by your doctor is DIOVAN not DIVON.
Diovan contains Valsartan an antihypertensive to control the raised blood pressure. similarly lasix(furosemide) and spironolactone is also used to bring down the blood pressure. Omeprazole is an acid reducing agent.

The symptoms are due to the low blood pressure.So I would advise you to stop the medication, give her plenty of fluids and consult your to titrate the medicine dosage.
