Question: Hi,

I have these symptoms from a couple of months now- dizziness, blurred vision, headaches, numbness in left leg which remains for hours, poor concentration, fatigue and behavioural changes like anxiety, sadness sometimes. I also find myself struggling with keyboard keys sometimes. Do you think there is something wrong with me? What do you suggest?

Brief Answer:
Brain disorder needs to be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

I agree that they could be related to anxiety, however, we need to exclude a brain disease (such as lack of blood flow or damage to myelin) also. MRI of brain should be done for this purpose.

In addition, vitamin B12 and thyroid hormone levels should be checked in blood.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
