Question: Suffering from dizziness in varying degrees, sick to my stomach. Am prone to sinus infections

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

You apparently are having dizziness accompanied with some sort of dyspepsia,nausea or may be diarrhea(as I could get with your sick stomach complaint and as you have not clearly mentioned what sort of stomach sickness you are having).Also,you probably are having rhinosinusitis due to some infection.

Both these causes(gastric related and rhinosinusitis)are well known to cause dizziness.

Please give details what sort of stomach sickness you are having?

Regarding sinusitis,you will probably need some antibiotics(though you have already tried clavamox) and decongestant drugs,which should be best decided by an ENT surgeon.So,please refer to one.

'Anxiety' also promotes dizziness.So,if you are anxious,please do some mental relaxation exercises.

Please follow-up with the details of your stomach complaints,so that I can answer your query better.Also please tell me why are you taking 'Wellbutrin' and for how long?Waiting for your follow-up question.
