What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, Numbness And Tingling In Feet?

2010 : mild chronic -appearing nonspecific white matter disease, likely represent ice of mild chronic gilotic disease. The possibility of demyelinating process cannot be excluded despite the lack of classic locations of abnormalities.
2011: tiny non specific focus T2/Flair signal prolongation within the left frontal centrum semiovale, which may represent early microangiopathic changes or small area of remote demyelination.
2012: Several foci of hyperintense signal on T2 and Flair Images are seen in the high periventricular white matter which are non specific. Foci of previous infection , ischemia or demyelination should be considered.
My symptons: dizziness, fatigue, numbness , tingling and feel as if my feet are burning, wake up every two hours to urinate at night, and I have loss control of my bladder and urinated and defected on myself. Was told I have complicated migranes with aura because of the blurred vision and weakness on right side of body I think it is something else ... I do not have intense head aches I have tried to explain this to my neurologist
It could be multiple sclerosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Although these all symptoms and MRI findings can be seen in migraine but the other common disease which needs consideration in your case is multiple sclerosis which is a demyelinating disorder. Top of the above multiple sclerosis generally starts in women of 20-40 years of age group and you have that age and gender.
Other than bladder signs can not be explained on the basis of migraine which is clinical feature of multiple sclerosis.
In my view take an appointment with neurologist and ask him the possibility of multiple sclerosis. I am sure he will take in consideration the MRI findings as well as clinical features which are quite different n migraine in compare to what you are experiencing.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
