Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be answering your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.
As per the history given by you there are two possibilities
1) A urinary tract infection.
2 Endocrinal disorder..
Frequent urination means that when a patient needs to urinate more then normal. There is no definite criteria to diagnose frequent urination. However urinating more then 2.5 litre of urine in 24 hours is considered as excessive urination.
The combined symptoms of urinary and abdominal discomfort can be related to a number of conditions.
Initially i would like to suggest you some of the most common and often neglected causes.
In case you are an alcoholic drinking excessive alcohol or caffeinated beverages can excatly mimic all the symptoms.
Second can be a urinary tract infection overlapping vaginal or abdominal infection. The vast majority of UTI cases are caused by the bacterium Escherichia coli (E. coli), usually found in the digestive system Sometimes this gastrointestinal bacteria reaches the urinary tract and causes infection.
Few investigations like-
urine cytology should be done to rule out possible urinary tract infection(History of stone in kidney points out toward possibility of UTI).
Stool microscopy-To rule out infection of stool by bacteria or protozoa.
If both these tests are normal then you should proceed toward endocrinal cause.
Polydipsia, polyphagia and polyuria(Frequent thirst, hunger and urination) are three classical feature of Diabetes mellitus. Loss of sugar in urine is responsiblefor fatigue and tiredness.
Few tests to be done to rule out this situation are-
Fasting blood sugar.
Post prandial blood sugar
HbA1c
Headaches and blurred vision can be due to loss of electrolytes and sugar in urine.
I don't think that infected tooth cavity has any thing to do with this problem.
Do go for the tests as adviced by me and follow up with reports.
I wish you a great health, good luck and early recovery.
Thanks.
