default
Posted on Mon, 28 Sep 2015
Question: My husband has symptoms of dizziness, tiredness, headaches, and some drooling form the right side of his mouth, (I do not see a change in facial expressions). Also he reports an 'off' taste, nothing tastes right. States he doesn't feel like he is sleeping. He smokes and has some PVD, which he has had some procedures done to correct this. (I think he needs more).

Brief Answer:
You need to take your husband for a clinical examination

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Your husband could be having a mild stroke or some other cause of neurological weakness. It is hard to comment without a thorough clinical examination. Please take him to a doctor so that he could be clinically evaluated. Taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits should help since they contain plenty of potassium. Certain other medications might be needed but those are prescription medications and your doctor will be able to write them suitably based on his clinicial findings. He needs to cut down on his smoking since it makes him more vulnerable. About the status of his PVD, it needs to be kept in follow up with your doctor.
