What Causes Dizziness In Patient Suffering From H.pylori Infection?

Question: Hi, my mother gets intense head spinning..either during sleep or when tilting the head in some position..

She is also having H
please confirm what can be the cause and what remedies to take..

Spinning of head (dizziness) at her age might be related to number if conditions like
High blood pressure
low or high blood sugar
BPPV
inner ear disease
motion sickness and
many other rare causes

To start with, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Has her doctor checked her blood pressure, if yes, what was the reading?
her relevant medical history like diabetes, high blood pressure or if she is taking any other medicine?
is having tinnitus (whistling sound in ear)
Since how long she is having this problem
is it associated with vomiting or nausea?

Meanwhile continue with Cyra D and Zapiz 0.25 mg
Ask her to be careful while Standing up or walking
if she falls down due to this dizziness, she may sustain injury or fracture.

sir,

For BP and Sugar, she is having Ecospirin, Telemart, Gluconorm..

BP tested at that time was 130/90.
Sugar at Random was 115.

The problem is there since last six months but it is not regular

In my opinion her treatment need to be reviewed, her symptoms might be related to inadequate control of BP and blood sugar.

I would advise her for continuous BP recording, and investigation like Blood sugar and HbA1c test to determine blood sugar control.

However if these symptoms doesn't subside, than you need to take her to an ENT surgeon for ear examination and to rule out inner ear pathology.
