What Causes Dizziness, Left-sided Irritation And Itching Sensation Inside Head?

There is a cystic lesion found by MRI.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
According to MRI results, appears that there is a cystic area into your brain, near the lateral ventricle.
This is an imaging finding in people that experienced in the past head trauma, infection, brain infarction and hypoxia.
It could be responsible for your symptoms, but other conditions such inner ear dysfunction, thyroid hypofunction etc. may cause similar symptoms.
This lesion found on MRI could cause partial seizures too.
So, I recommend you first to consult a Neurologist and discuss your concerns together with the MRI findings.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I don't think it is a condition too dangerous.
As I mentioned before, there is need for further evaluation by a Neurologist if this lesion is certainly responsible for your symptoms.
I cannot say if this needs surgery or no, since I can't examine you.
Don't be worried more than necessary. It is a treatable condition.
Hope I helped you.
Greetings.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
You should avoid situations that worsen your symptoms.
Driving, for example should be restricted for a while since it triggers your symptoms and make you feel worse.
I mean that the causes of the cyst found in MRI may be previous health trauma, previous infection, hypoxia, infarction etc.
So, if you had a head trauma or situations with lack of oxygen, or brain infection, these may be possible causes of the cystic lesion.
Hope this helps.
Greetings.
