Brief Answer:
Please consult neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by several issues including blood pressure drop, narrow cervical arteries due to atherosclerosis or in rare cases even a brain tumor.
To determine the reason of your symptoms, you should consult neurologist. Cervical arteries ultrasound should be done at first. Head CT is advisable as well.
Please do not wait with it. Otherwise it may result with a stroke.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
