Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone very carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It was apparent that you could have cervical spondylosis but an MRI of neck has already been done to exclude that. You have already been detected to have raised blood lipids. So, the next line of treatment would be to go for an echocardiogram.
The main solution seems to be in exercising daily. You need to walk briskly regularly in the morning. That will gradually train your heart to be able to do more work and therefore the exhausion and shortness of breath will reduce. You also need to visit a physical therapist who can demonstrate to you the exact exercises that would be helpful for you.
I need to know if your bowel habits are proper. I would also be glad if you describe the exact location of the 'pressure on left side of torso'.

Likely to be due to sluggishness of bowel movements.

The discomfort near the left of the sternum (breast bone) could be due to GERD. in such a case you can benefit from taking omeprazole once daily before breakfast. The stomach is slightly towards the left and hence the pain is in the left.. Also take small but frequent meals. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and also take curd or yogurt daily. Try to reduce stress as it aggravates GERD. You can benefit from yoga and meditation.
Let me know if there is anything specific that I could help you with.
