What Causes Dizziness Post A Closed Head Injury?

Question: I had a closed head injury at work and since then I have been dizzy, what could cause this?they have checked my ears and found nothing. Wrong.
Brief Answer:
Observe for 24 hours
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Had you mentioned how were you injured and what happened after that it would be a good description to assess better.
You mentioned that you already visited a doctor. He should have cleared serious damages hence sent you back home.
There will be some kind of imbalance in the inner ear function that cause dizziness. It should be alright in less than 24 hours. If it is not coupled with headache, vomiting, blurring vision i think it should be treated as benign injury.
Suppose the dizziness prolongs over 24 hours or is coupled with the above associated features which may be brain damage then you should rush again to Emergency.
