Question: Been getting dizzy eyes go Cross eyed feel like gonna faint have had mri and echo heart nothing all normal in so dizzy I feel I'm gonna faint what do I do it's so scary feeling my head goes do tight

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of peripheral vertigo (probably related to inner ear dysfunction). Normal MRI of brain is a good news and it excludes any serious disease of the brain.

You can take betahistine tablets for symptom relief. You would get better in a few days.
