Anemia with peripheral neuropathy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the clinical symptoms and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Anemia leading to reduced oxygeneation is possibly leading to dizziness and headaches. Dizziness can also be seen in both hypotension or hypertension. Do get your blood pressure checked. If its normal, anemia requires evaluation.
2. Tingling, numbness, sweaty fingers are usually due to peripheral neuropathy. The symptoms are present in both upper and lower limbs and is still variable. It appears to be early stages.
3. Anemia with peripheral neuropathy could be possibly due to Vit B12 deficiency. Diabetes mellitus can also cause similar features.
Take Vit B12 supplements. It should improve your symptoms within a week. Also add fish, yoghurt, egg white to your diet to improve nutrition. Take good amount of fluids.
Also get an hemogram done to evaluate anemia and other Vit B12 related findings in blood. If possible get a Vit B12 assay as well.
If further history is provided, I can give more accurate information. - any chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension and any medications history.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
