Hi, thanks for writing again XXXXXXX.
They must be very distressing symptoms for you.
So as per your symptoms I feel that you should go for complete ENT checkup. Your symptoms look like if they were due to untreated sinus infection or it may be refractive error in your eye. Do you have glasses? If yes, You are wearing continuously?
There are causes like, Ear infection [otitis media, hearing pulses in ear can be the symptoms, any change in hearing capacity?], sinusitis [infection of sinuses filed with air], high blood pressure can cause this. Apart from this, tension headache and migraine are the possibility.
Changing in the hedache as the body position changes are usually due to any ear vestibular problem or due to high bloos pressure.
Also tell me when you rise from the sitting position do you have vertigo? like surrounding is rotating. also same happens when you change position in bed? lateral from the straight? if later happens then it is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo [BPPV], If first happens then it is postural hypotension.
I am waiting for your reply. wishing you good health.

When i rise from sitting or look down/up quickly i get vertigo. I havent got a blocked nose - is it still possible to have sinitus?
Brief Answer:
Hi, for this it can be low blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi.thanks for writing again.
If the symptoms are particularly when rising from the sitting position then I would say that it is postural hypotension(your blood pressure dropping down as compared to other people)
I here suggest you to go for BP monitoring for 7 days , two times in a day in both lying down and standing position.
Do you feel heart rate increasing suddenly from sitting to standing position?
Make it confirmed by above method of BP monitoring.
Apart from that I will suggest you to go for ENT check up at least once.
If it is postural hypotension then your diet should have enough salt in it. You can wear stocking (medical) in legs etc..
Hope i have cleared many of your doubts.if you have further query fell free to ask..
Wishing you good health.
