What Causes Dizziness, Weak Legs And Uncoordinated Movements?

Other than the ultrasound, I have had an EKG, muscle electrode test, brain MRI, spinal tap, chest x-ray, blood work, thyroid check, all normal.
My doctor doesn't know what to suggest anymore. What could this be, and what should my next port of call be?
I am 30, male, very slightly overweight, light smoker, no previous medical issues (other than Mono in 2011 and slight LPR reflux).
CAMPYLOBACTER INFECTIONS & COMPLICATIONS.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
As you mentioned that still you are having spacedout-feeling, mild dizziness, leg weakness, uncoordinated movements and clunky. Within a moments become right and again symptoms appear. While all tests as EKG, MUSCLES, brain M R I, spinal tap, X ray chest, blood work, thyroid are normal.
In spite of this ( tests normal , still symptoms present ) .
Let me explain few things about CAMPYLOBACTERS.
Fever, headache, myalgia, malaise appears 12 to 48 hours before the onset of diarrhea (as happened in your case) and as you mentioned in your query.
Once you cured but you didn't mentioned when you were diagnosed for this disease because this is most important point, you will notice later on.
As you mentioned that you recovered from these symptoms but after three weeks developed symptoms as mentioned.
Campylobacter in patients with chronic disease or hypogammaglobulinemia may be SEVERE, PERSISTENT and extra intestinal; RELAPSE AFTER CESSATION OF THERAPY IS COMMON.
Reactive arthritis and other rheumatologic complaints may develop several weeks after infections especially in persons with the H L A- B 27 phenotype.
Occasional patients develop reactive arthritis or Guillain Barre' syndrome.
Symptoms (if persists as may be in your case) are dependent on the rapidity with which therapy is started. Compromised hosts ( patients ) often have recurrent infection .
So in my opinion once again get stool examination for leukocytes, erythrocytes. Fecal smear should be treated with Gram's or Wright 's stain.
As you mentioned that last week you also develop prostate or testicular infection, so this infection was sequelae of CAMPYLOBACTER INFECTION because transient bacteremia, sustained bacteremia, focal infection in compromised patient is common as in your case.
In my opinion still you have to take a PROLONGED THERAPY may be up to 4 weeks.
Hope this information will be helpful for you.
If further any question I will reply in follow up.
Good luck.
