Brief Answer:
seems to be BPPV (benign positional proximal vertigo)-needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any ear pain or ear discharge ?
Is your dizziness associated with vomiting or nausea ?

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be due to BPPV (benign positional proximal vertigo) or fluctuation in blood sugar or blood pressure.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, detailed history (medications), detailed ent examination, vestibular tests (to differentiate between central or peripheral vertigo), BP monitoring. If necessary CT brain(age related ischemia). Depending on the examination findings, treatment can be started.

Kindly follow your daily activities under supervision or with the help of some one to prevent any problems like fall due to vertigo.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
