Brief Answer:
You need to show her to an ENT Specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX If this has happened suddenly then you should go to the ER and get it evaluated.
It seems to be Vertigo and the cause will need to be ascertained. It is common in infections of the inner ear and some conditions where the blood supply to the rear part of the brain is affected.
Therefore it would be better to get it checked up.
You will require to be seen by an ENT Specialist who would run some tests to come to a diagnosis.
For immediate relief I usually prescribe my patients Tab Vertin 8mg thrice daily.
But even if the medicine gives you relief you should still see an ENT Specialist.
Take care and do let us know if there are any further queries.
