What Causes Dizziness While Bending Over?

Question: Hi ,
I am a 43 year old non smoker male who was diagnosed with hypertension in July 2014.
I have been on prescribed Propronolol 10mg up to 3 times a day and Ramipril 5mg to start a day and now10mg a day to try and reduce my blood pressure.
I have been back on the 10mg Ramipril since about 3 to 4 weeks ago daily.
I am also prescribed Citalopram 20mg a day.
I have just taken my blood pressure and I am currently now 123/93 with heart rate of 82.
I am still experiencing dizziness especially when bending over or over exerting myself.
I have a physical test next week and day long training exercise which will be tiring and I have not done any proper except use for 7 months due to my condition and dizziness.
Should I be concerned and could the physical excercise cause problems at this time.
Thankyou

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
You still persist to have dizziness and during physical training there is a good possibility that you can get recurrent dizziness.
The reason for your dizziness has to be evaluated and corrected . Your Blood pressure is fine and so are the medications
So you need to undergo certain tests to find the cause of dizziness. I would recommend these tests for you. Kindly get it done and revert back.
Complete Hemogram ,Serum Sodium , Serum TSH , Serum Vitamin B12 level, ECG
