Brief Answer:
Things look to be in your favor

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX I have gone through your medical query and I would like to tell you that as you are asymptomatic and you are taking your meds on regular basis so it's highly likely that both of your meds are keeping things in control for you.

However to be sure regarding this I would like to suggest you to get few tests done as it's been a long time now:
1. HbA1c to check for your glycemic control
2. An ECG and an Echocardiography to see the effects of hypertension on your heart if any.

Rest it's advisable to maintain a healthy lifestyle habits along with being regular with your meds.

I hope this information will answer your query and will guide you properly. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Wish you Good Health

Kind Regards
