Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!

Dizziness may be related to the following conditions:
1. Inner ear disease.
2. Neurological problems ( especially cerebellum).
3. Hypotension.
4. Cervical Spondiloarthrosis.

So I suggest running the following examinations.
- Cervical x ray
- BP monitoring
- ENT consultation
- Audiogram
- Neurological examination
- Tilt test

This will determine the proper diagnosis and treatment. However if you were my patient I probably will start Betahistin for improving your symptom.

Hope this was of help!
