What Causes Dizziness With History Of Hysterectomy?
Question: Had a full hysterectomy 3 months ago. Everything was going well. Over the last 3 weeks I've had dizzy spells and have passed out a couple times. Went to the ER, hemoglobin, blood sugar, blood pressure all normal. Could it be a hormonal imbalance?

I had endometriosis, fibroids and cysts. I have one ovary left. Have not had thyroid checked. Have not had dizzy spells like this before. I am 5'6" 135 LBS. thanks!

Also an ultrasound scan of the pelvis and abdomen to check that all is well inside there.
If all is normal, and still the dizzy spells persist, please consult a Neurologist to rule out any other condition ( vestibular problems, neural issues , brain issues ).
Stay hydrated, and avoid getting up from bed or from a sitting position with a jerk abruptly.
Avoid over exerting, for a while.
