Brief Answer:
balance tests, RBS,ELECTROLYTES.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask you few more details.

Since when are you having head roaming sensation (dizziness).

Do you have any other symptoms associated with dizziness like ear pain, ringing sound in ears or headache?

Here I am giving possibilities of sensation of roaming head (dizziness).

The First possibility is ear related - BPPV, Menier's disease, vestibular neuronitis,

The second possibility is errors of refraction.

The third possibility is cervical spine (spodylitis).

The fourth is variation in Blood sugar, BP or serum Electrolytes.

I suggest you to to consult ENT surgeon and get detailed ent examination (vestibular tests), blood tests ( RBS, Electrolytes), x-ray cervical spine (spondylytis) to know the exact cause.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
