Question : my 25 y/o daughter got sudden dizziness, sweating and nasea @ work approx. 3 hrs ago. went home, laid down with ice pack on head, now is up, huge appetite and is seeing black spots

Thanks for your query.

Dizziness, nausea, sweating and black spots indicate insufficient blood supply to the brain. Such disturbance in blood supply to the brain can occur due to various causes which could have resulted from heart, blockade in the blood vessels, blood pressure disturbances etc.

I recommend her a visit to the ER wherein she may have to be examined clinically in detail, also measure blood pressure and get an EKG if necessary.
