What Causes Double Vision, Speech Problem And Left Hand Cramps?
Need to evaluate in detail
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of involvement of different parts of brain, such as frontal lobe (concentration), brain stem (double vision), left frontal/temporal lobe (speech problem), right side of brain (left hand and leg problem).
So, I would do a brain MRI first to exclude any structural lesions, such as ischemia (lack of blood flow) or demyelination (such as multiple sclerosis).
Vitamin B12 and D deficiency should also be excluded.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Normal MRI usually excludes MS.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and providing more information.
Normal MRI usually excludes MS. MRI of brain and spine would show lesions in MS.
Yes, it is possible to be a movement disorder, such as dystonia, which can explain the turning in of left foot and hand while walking. The diagnosis requires a keen observation of your hands and feet by a neurologist, when you walk.
In terms of diagnostic tests, PET CT scan of brain could help; however, it is not mandatory for diagnosis.
