What Causes Dry And Patchy Skin Near The Nipples?

Question: Hello. I asked about this issue before and thought it was resolved. But apparently it hasn't and I've scheduled to see a dermatologist next week. I am attaching a photo of my right nipple which shows some darker dry area on he right half of the nipple. I have tried various creams but it doesn't seem to completely resolve it. There is no pain or other unusual problem, merely the discoloration and dry whitish-grayish area. I look forward to your comments. Thanks.
Brief Answer:
Could be eczema, Paget's disease or bowen's disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
According to your complaints it could be nipple eczema, pagets disease or bowens disease.
For either of the complaints you need to consult a dermatologist and go for clinical examination and if required biopsy of the affected area.

I will see the doctor on Wednesday. But is this something that I should be very concerned about? Although I first noticed it a couple of months ago perhaps it had been there for a long time.
Brief Answer:
Clinical examination required to confirm the diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Most probably it seems to be eczematous rash but to be sure clinical examination is must.
