The only other think I am on waiting ,there is 2.2cm X 2.2 cm lesion on a liver.,just to test again in 6 months. No steroids, hormons,or pain killers,or drugs that use.

Brief Answer:
Kindly read my detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have described is looks like one out of 2 problems.

1.Many of my patients of MVP with Mitral regurgitation has similar problems. They feel palpitations, uneasiness sensations, perspiration any time of day. Tab propranolol can help in this symptoms, reduce this type of episodes. Ask your doctor about that. Do your 2d echo report every 2 yearly and do it if you have not done I recent past.

2.You might have local Nasal blockage due to which you feel better during sleeping and worse at standing. You should consult ENT specialist. He will see internal anatomy. Whether any polyp or growth is there, we can find out. REMEMBER to much use of Nasal decongestants are not recommended, especially in patients of MVP as it can cause high blood pressure and palpitations which might be your problem. So gradually reduce its usage and use plain steam inhalation instead.

3.As you have mentioned in your previous question that you have 2 cm bloody lesion in liver. With additional Nasal blockage problem and positive ANA,it points towards some other possibilities also -

Ask your doctor about P-ANCA and C-ANCA level.
The disesase name is weird and uncommon (wegeners grabulomatosis // churg strauss syndrome) but better you rule out that disease with the blood reports I have adviced.

I hope I have given you enough guidance and examination. Any further questions are always welcome.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
