I am getting dry cough, irritation and soar throat always and then I start coughing. Its coming in frequent interval and stays for 3-4 months. I am facing this problem since many years.

Having gone through your query and medical history I'm of the opinion that your cough is due to GERD. In this condition there is excess acid secretion which leads to reflux of acid into the throat leading to irritation, cough and asthma like symptoms.
You need to take care of your acidity problem. You should take a tablet of pan 40 for acidity and a montair lc for throat irritation daily. This should help.

But I am facing throat and cough problem even when I don't find acidity issue. And cough stays for 3-4 months or more. I feel irritation in throat (like kharas) and continuous cough. I feel intensity increase in AC.

Yes , I did want to say that you could also be having allergy. Do you feel uncomfortable in dust and smoke or do you suffer from any allergies?
The throat irritation and cough is also a sign of allergy which get worse with reflux of gastric acid. There symptoms are worse during change of season or in A.C. Sometimes there can be breathing difficulty as well and it is called asthma.
Hence you should take the medicines as advised above . If there is breathing difficulty you may take a inhaler like aerocort 2 puffs 2 to 3 times a day.
