Question: i have dry cough during whether change from last few times. i think i become allergic to this. can you pls suggest what should i do.

You can just use the following medications.
Tab Allegra 120mg, once a day at night. Betadine 2% diluted with water as mouth gargles thrice a day for five days.

Thanks Doc. currently i am taking lcz mont tablet. is it same or i need to change as suggested by you. till last time i was feeling ok after taking this medicine but this time my dry cough not cured.
