What Causes Dry Eyes After Working On The Computer For Long Hours?
Question: I am feeling eye dryness from last couple of days, recent days I am spending longer hours in front of laptop.
Last time I had similar symptoms was 2years back.
When I had this problem last time I used eye drops but I forgotten medical composition of it.
Please suggest best eye-drops for problem

This is what you label as computer vision syndrome.This happens due to lack of blinking,lack of eye movement and dryness due to A.C.
There are lubricating drops like tears naturale,Refresh tears or CCS eye drops available.You have to attack the root cause as well.Give a 5 mt break every half hour,when you do eye movement exercises and put in drops.
