![default](/r/images/default.png)
I want to know is everything is fine or there is any serous issue
nothing serious is happening
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
I assume that you have had gastrointestinal infection which has given you nausea, loose stools, weakness, lack of appetite.
Please note that usually such infection heals from few days to a week. In the first days the acute symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting should go away. After this acute phase, intestines need some time to get back to normal. Symptoms you have right now are typical for this phase. Dry mouth indicates dehydration. Weakness and stomach fullness are also typical symptoms. So most likely nothing wrong is happening.
Please increase fluids intake. Continue with prescribed probiotic. Add some boiled chicken and soup to your diet. This symptoms should go away within next few days. If not, you should consult your doctor again.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.

what should I take in my diet can take regular food to overcome on weakness what typ of fruit and food I can have?
Soft diet is advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Your died should contain easy to digest and not irritating foods until you will get back to good condition. You should avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, soft drinks, chocolate, sweets.
Rice, boiled chicken, raw vegetables, boiled vegetables, light soups, dark bread, fishes should be fine.
Fruits contain sugar. Sugar increases stomach acid secretion and stimulates bacteria grow. So if you can, try fo avoid fruits for some time.
