Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on XXXXXXX
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that whatever symptoms you give are consisitent with the diagnosis that your treating doctor has made .
No lump feeling other than acid reflux resoves with antacids . These medcicnes can lead to dry mouth and bad or metallic taste in mouth . Your doctor must have evaluated you thoroughly by examining you and getting relevant investiagations done . It is going to take time to resolve all these symptoms . Most common mimic would be hiatus hernia that needs to be ruled out .
I agree with your treatment .
Take care.
