Brief Answer:
Supportive care and work up for the cause

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dry mouth has hundreds of causes and needs to be correlated clinically. Sometimes its mere the side effect of the medicines a person use. Feeling of something stuck in throat is a classic presentation of acid reflux and can lead to dry mouth too. You need to visit an oral hygienist and let them sort out the possible cause of dry mouth. Meanwhile supportive measures will help with the dry mouth. Suck on sugar free candy or chew sugar free gum, it will help dry mouth as well as acid reflux and feeling of something stuck in throat. Drink plenty of fluids, brush teeth regularly after every meal with fluoride toothpaste. Breath from your nose and not mouth as much as possible. Use over the counter artificail saliva substitutes .

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
