-Did you have fever
-did you accidentally consume any corrosive substance
-since when do you have mouth ulcers..?
meanwhile you can use hexidine mouth wash 4 times a day. you should rinse your mouth with it and keep it inside the mouth for two minutes and then spit it out, after which dont even drink water for 30 mins. which will reduce symptoms. let me also tell you that initially there will be tingling sensation in mouth due to mouth was, you have to bare it.

Detailed Answer:
welcome back,
hi, thanks for the info, it could probably be allergy to some of the chemicals used during dental work or it might also be due to physical damage during dental procedure.
So there is no need to worry, continue the mouth wash I prescribed earlier and apply glycerine gel to reduce pain. brush your teeth before sleep. As oral hygiene is the vital factor in preventing organisms to colonize the ulcer and recover fast.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

what about trouble with swallowing? also there is white patch on the back of my throat and my tonsils are red?
find the answer below.
Detailed Answer:
well, the mouthwash i suggested is not only antiseptic but also anti plaque.. so any white patch in orl cavity including tonsils will be cleared. the difficulty in swallowing is probably due to tonsillar infection, there by causing odynophagia or painfull swallowing which wil subside as when plaque on tonsils are cleared. Make sure that you gargle with warm salty water before food, which will give you some relief from pain.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Revert back to me if you have follow up qeries.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
