I dont eat oily/spicy foods, and also dont smoke/drink. Im an irganic freak and still dont understand how i ended up with these symptoms. Would you have an idea on how i have these acids? And also: is it possible that the meds take a few days before the dry mouth goes away? A pharmacist recommended PREVACID, but I dont know if I should continue switching without giving Prilosec a few days.
Brief Answer:
these symptoms can be due to stress and lack of sleep
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These symptoms occur not only because of food but also due to stress and lack of sleep .
If you try to correct those automatically even the symptoms will reduce .
you can also think of yoga ,walking ,jogging etc.
If you are fine with the medication what you were taking earlier, then please continue but take it over a period of 3 to 4 weeks daily and later taper it accordingly .
Do not take the tablet only when you have symptoms, rather take it continuously for 3 to 4 weeks irrespective of symptoms .
thank you
