Brief Answer:
Gut infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have acquired mild gut infection. The symptoms of nausea and metallic taste points to that. You had not complained about body pains and fever. This means the infection is confined and not spread.
To my knowledge such mild gut infections would resolve on their own with your own body defences.
Stick to non spicy, semi solid to liquid diet for a day or two. Fresh yogurt, Ginger tea are natural home remedies. A dash of lemon and pinch of salt in lukewarm water also be tried. Drink good amount of water.
If you develop body pains, fever and uncontrollable vomiting and/or diarrhoea please see a local doctor.

Hope this helps.
