Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
The trauma to the ear must have caused a perilymph fistula which is an abnormal connection between air in the middle ear and fluid in the inner ear .
Most commonly happens due to trauma like slap on the cheek and trauma during contact sports like what you have mentioned.
Usually in 80 percent of the cases it resolves on its own but 20 percent may require correction.
I would recommend you to wait for one week and if it doesn't resolve see an ENT surgeon.
Are you sure there was no associated head trauma?
Hope this helps
Best wishes
