started with a cold head snius stuff seeping out eyes runny nose coughing teeth hurt on right side last night right side feels fine now . now left side ear ach . I didn't know if there home helpers for the night ? like laying on a heating pad ?

1. Take pain killer like tab. brufen 400mg twice daily.
2. Anti allergic medications tab.citrizine 10mg one at bed time.
3. Steam inhalation twice daily for nose and sinus secretions clearance.
4. put nasal decongestant drops xylometazoline 3 drops/3 times.
5. do not attempt self cleaning or water per ear (plug it with dry cotton).
You need to see ent surgeon for the exact diagnosis and treatment.
